Panerai Radiomir 1940 3 days collection03 September 2018
With the new collection of PaneraiRadiomir 1940 3 Dayswatches, Panerai invites to an exploration into the blue of the sea, which’s colourisapplied to the dial by a new manufacturing process. The reflections of light which penetrate the depths of the sea create a chromatic spectacle which the new dial of theRadiomir 1940 3 Daystries to capture with itsinfinite shades and intensity by means of satine soleil workmanship. Due to the use of various tones of blue, the dial is tinged in such a way that the outer part is a darker, more intense colour corresponding to the markers, which appear more legible, and lighter towards the centre. The newRadiomir 1940 3 Daysis available in five versions which are distinguished by size, materials and function. TheRadiomir 1940cushion case which unites all the models has a strong butminimalist linear design. It is available in AISI 316L steel in a diameter of42 mm, 45 mm or 47 mm or in a red gold case with a diameter of45 mm.On the back of the case of each example the movement can be seen through the sapphire glass, which is decorated with a swirling wave design created by a metallisation process.Panerai Radiomir 1940 3 Days Acciaio with a steel case and a diameter of 47 mm Ref.
